The Bike Peddler is proud to announce that we now have the Rock and Roll trainer from Hurt Kinetic! This incredible trainer will revolutionize your indoor cycling routine. From the Kinetic website; “Take realism and your workout to a whole new level with the only trainer that delivers natural side-to-side motion. With this unique, lateral motion, core muscles are engaged to maintain balance. So now you can simultaneously workout both technique and power— especially during out-of-the-saddle hill climb intervals. Get on. Give your expectations a workout.”.
You should set some time aside this week and come try this awesome trainer out. Currently, we have a Giant Defy Advanced 0 with Ultegra (UI2) electronic shifting hooked up to the Rock and Roll; what a great way to try out the best of both worlds, AT ONCE!!!!
